My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit crowded and ran out of essentials like toilet paper and facial tissues. On the bright side, the rooms were conveniently close to the pool and parking area.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but unfortunately had a strong unpleasant smell during my stay. The service, especially from Scotty, was excellent and very helpful, but there was a slight issue with processing a cash payment. The location was cozy and close to everything, although safety after dark was a concern. The dining setup with self-serve plastic plates wasn't to my liking, but the food quality was good with various options.
The hotel is conveniently located near the lake, shopping, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. While the room was fairly typical, the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and paid attention to details. The breakfast selection was satisfying, but the quality could be improved. The overall value for money was decent.
